Graham's Single Harvest Tawny Port 1974, 750ml
Graham's Single Harvest Tawny Port 1974, 750ml is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Graham’s Single Harvest Tawny Port 1974 originates almost entirely from field blends at Quinta dos Malvedos on schist soils. The wine was selected for long cask ageing rather than bottling as Vintage and matured for decades in seasoned oak at the Graham’s lodge in Vila Nova de Gaia before limited release. Total sugars are stated at about 124 g per litre.
Tasting Note:
Aromas open with sultanas and quince preserve with subtle caramel vanilla and ginger. The palate is silky with soft tannins that sustain freshness and structure. The finish is long with notes of peppery spice tea leaf and thyme.
