Graham's Blend No. 12 Ruby Port, 750ml

Graham’s Blend No. 12 Ruby Port is made predominantly from Touriga Nacional with Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz and Tinto Cão, sourced from high altitude vineyards in the Douro and harvested at midnight to retain freshness. The must is cold fermented to preserve primary fruit, then fortified to a finished 19% ABV. It is bottled young with no oak ageing. Residual sugar is listed at 69g/l.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of raspberry and strawberry with a light herbal note. Palate is fresh and fruit driven with moderate sweetness and a clean finish. Overall impression is a modern ruby that emphasizes clarity of fruit and ease of drinking.
