Pedro Ximénez is known as the "King of Sherries" for its robust and sophisticated sweet richness. Married with Kavalan's new-make spirit, the cask produces a unique fruity and charming floral freshness with nutty characters and chocolate aromas, ending with a syrupy long finish.

Aromas: Rich in dark syrup and maltose sweetness, it gradually emerges with hints of rosemary and lemongrass. Rich and sweet caramel and silky chocolate add a charming sweetness to the finish.

Palate: Rich fruitiness blended with chocolate aromas that melt delicately on your palate. Fruity and warm, with smooth and mellow results from the combination of the classic PX sherry characters and the subtropical heat of Taiwan. Luscious raisin and honey syrup linger in the mouth.
