Christian Drouin has spent many years perfecting Calvados Sélection, a young Calvados that is well balanced and has an intense fruity aroma.

This harmony is achieved by blending the sharp freshness of peary pears with the smoothness of cider apples.

The ciders and pearies are distilled in a column still and then aged in old, often-used casks so that the subtle balance of this Calvados is preserved.
