This release was originally created as a travel retail exclusive release for the Glenfarclas Distillery, sitting between their core 15 and 21 Year Old expressions. Distilled in traditional direct-fired copper pot stills using water sourced from Ben Rinnes, the spirit is matured for a minimum of 18 years in 100% Oloroso sherry casks. Compared to the heavier 15 Year Old, this expression emphasizes a lighter, sweeter citrus profile while maintaining the distillery's signature sherried oak foundation. It is bottled at 43% ABV with natural color.

Aromas: A warm and inviting aroma unfolds, led by notes of dried fruits (raisins, figs, dates), honey, and hints of spiced orange peel. Subtle oak and nutty nuances gently mingle in the background.

Palate: Full-bodied and warming, the whisky offers a vibrant tapestry of flavors. Speyside malt's creamy vanilla intertwines with sherry-derived fruit notes, toasted nuts, and hints of cinnamon and clove. Subtle oak tannins provide structure and elegance.

Finish: Long and lingering, the sweetness of fruit gradually fades into warming oak and whispers of spice, leaving a satisfyingly complex memory.
