Liquoristerie de Provence "Aqualanca" L'Anis d'Antan, 700ml

Aqualanca's recipe is inspired by aniseed liquors from the 18th and 19th centuries. Its name is derived from the water of "The Calanques." The incomparable freshness of this liquor is achieved by the subtle blend of sweet flavors from star anise with bitter sagebrush and fresh plants such as verbena, dill, and peppermint.

About Liquoriste de Provence:

Born from the idea of Pascal Rolland to revive a whole range of aniseed, absinthe and Provençal liqueurs of the past with so particular scents and flavours, the Liquoristerie de Provence is taken over by Renaud and Adeline de Barry in 2017.
