Martin Ray Chardonnay 2023, 750ml

This blend includes several of the vineyards that have shown as standouts within the vast and rugged Sonoma Coast.

Each lot picked individually at peak ripeness. Gently pressed, cold-settled for two days, then racked to 30% new French oak barrels. Certain lots see inoculation, while others are natural yeast fermentations.

Tasting Note:

This has a real minerally character with oyster shells and sliced apples that run long and true in the wine. Medium-bodied with a clean and creamy texture. Flinty, complex finish.
