Angeline Pinot Noir 2022, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards from the Central Coast to Northern Coast with each individual lot promoting the intense berry and spice flavors quintessential to Pinot Noir.

This is hand picked, destemmed, but not crushed in order to prevent the release of tannins from skins and seeds. Then fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in 30% new French oak barrels.

Vivid notes of black raspberry, fresh pomegranate juice, with wild blueberry, sassafras, subtle licorice, toasted oak an earthy backbone, and grippy tannins.
