Freemark Abbey "Bosche" Cabernet Sauvignon 2018, 750ml

Located in the Rutherford AVA, Bosché is a 8.9 hectares single-vineyard planted in the mid-1960s by San Francisco attorney John Bosché and its first commercial release was in 1970. It is renowned for producing exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The vineyard's deep gravelly soils and seasonal creek provide ideal conditions for growing these Bordeaux varietals.

Aged for 27 months in French oak, 67% new

Tasting Note:

The nose exhibits aromas of black cherry, mocha, cassis and forest floor. The palate is bright yet creamy and filled with notes of forest fruits, leather, baking spices and soft vanilla. The textures are vibrant and integrated making this wine lovely now with the ability to age for decades in the cellar.
