Made exclusively from Dancing Bear Ranch on Howell Mountain, this high-elevation vineyard, with its rocky soils and cool climate, is ideal for growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.

A blend of: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot.

Aged 22 months in 61% new French oak, 39% neutral French oak.

Tasting Note:

Toasted oak and graphite aromas meet dark chocolate, black pepper and tar flavors in this robust, full-bodied and lavishly oaked wine. Firm tannins support ripe black fruits and an array of char, pencil shavings and clove accents.
