Honig Sauvignon Blanc 2024, 750ml

99% Sauvignon Blanc and 1% Sémillon sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in Rutherford (Napa County) and surrounding sites in Lake County. The grapes were harvested at night and early morning, whole cluster pressed, and the juice settled before racking. Fermentation took place at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks using selected yeast strains. The wine was aged on light lees in stainless steel tanks with no oak.

Tasting Note:
The 2024 opens with aromas of orange blossom, jasmine, white peach, Meyer lemon, and grapefruit. The palate is vibrant and crisp with bright citrus and stone fruit, balanced richness on the mid-palate, juicy acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish. Zesty, harmonious, and classic in style.
