100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Sonoma Valley, Dry Creek Valley and Alexander Valley, with distinct variances in climate, elevation, and soil type.

Four-day cold-soak, hand punch downs for two weeks in open-top fermenters. Aged in 40% new French oak for 16 months.

Tasting Note:

Classic and ripe with deep blue and purple fruit, notes of currant, fresh blackberry, bramble, and peppercorn.  Interlaced with wet stone and earth, over touches of elderflower and vanilla with with fervent, yet silky integrated tannins.
