Sourced from 100% Barbera vines in La Morra. Following gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine was aged for a brief period in stainless steel tanks alongside 3 months in 3rd-passage French oak barriques. This gentle oak influence rounds out the wine's natural acidity while preserving its bright, fruit-driven purity.

Tasting Note:

The wine opens with lively aromas of dark cherry, wild blueberry, and violet, supported by subtle notes of fresh cracked pepper, sweet spices, and a touch of vanilla. The palate is vibrant, fresh, and medium-bodied, featuring juicy dark fruit flavors underpinned by crisp, mouthwatering acidity and supple, delicate tannins. The finish is clean, persistent, and refreshing, leaving lingering mineral and spicy nuances.
