Ca' del Baio Moscato d'Asti 2025, 750ml

This 100% Moscato Bianco comes from estate vineyards in Treiso and Mango, where the soil is a mix of limestone and clay. The grapes were hand-harvested and gently pressed to extract the juice. Fermentation began in pressurized stainless steel tanks, known as autoclaves, at low temperatures to keep the natural carbon dioxide. The process was stopped by chilling the wine when it reached approximately 5% alcohol, leaving a high level of residual sugar. The wine was filtered and bottled shortly after to maintain its freshness. (Approx. 120g/l of residual sugar)

Tasting Note:

The nose has aromas of orange blossom, honey, and fresh grapes. The palate is sweet and lightly sparkling with a soft texture and bright acidity. It finishes with clean flavors of peach and apricot.
