Eugenio Collavini Pinot Grigio Collio Goriziano 2025, 750ml

Sourced from estate hillside vineyards in the Collio Goriziano DOC in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, where vines are planted in mineral-rich marl and sandstone soils (ponca). A portion of the grapes are macerated at low temperature tpo extract delicate aromatics and give the wine its traditional subtle, warm copper hue (ramato hint). Fermentation and aging take place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks on fine lees to retain vibrant freshness and varietal typicity.

Tasting Note:

The wine opens with intense, refined aromas of ripe yellow pear, golden apple, and white peach, accompanied by delicate hints of citrus blossom, dried herbs, and crushed stone minerality. The palate is medium-to-full-bodied, rich, and well-structured, offering a round, silky texture balanced by crisp acidity and a savory mineral core. The finish is long, clean, and refreshing, with long lasting orchard fruit and saline notes.
