Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "Les Demoiselles" 2020 is sourced from a 0.31 ha east-facing parcel located just above Le Montrachet, planted with 50-year-old Chardonnay vines on clay and active limestone soils. Grapes are manually harvested, gently crushed, and fermented in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new. The wine undergoes bâtonnage and spontaneous malolactic fermentation at cellar temperature, followed by 12 months of barrel ageing and 6 months in tank before bottling.

Aromas reveal citrus, white peach, and subtle spice. The palate is refined and mineral, with precise acidity and a long, elegant finish. The wine is structured and graceful, with ageing potential up to 10 years.
