100% Pinot Noir from the 1.8ha monopole Les Combottes (locally called Clos du Village) in Pernand-Vergelesses Premier Cru, vines averaging 45 years on east-facing marly limestone slopes. The grapes are hand-harvested, fully destemmed, cold macerated for 5-7 days, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts followed by 15-18 days total cuvaison. Aged 12-14 months in oak barrels using 30% new wood.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show red cherry and wild strawberry along with subtle earth and floral notes. The palate delivers medium body and freshness with fine tannic structure and bright acidity. Overall impression is one of refined elegance and persistent clarity reflecting the cool balanced vintage character in Côte de Beaune Pinot Noir.
