Domaine Jean Charles Rion Echezeaux Grand Cru 2021, 750ml

From a 0.34-hectare parcel in the Echezeaux Grand Cru vineyard planted in deep clay-limestone soils mixed with marl and gravelly deposits. 100% Pinot Noir, fully destemmed, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel vats, and aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, including some new oak.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of blackberry, cherry, and rose petal with a subtle spice note. On the palate, it shows a refined structure, vibrant acidity, and firm tannins, with concentrated fruit and a mineral undertone.
