Domaine Jean Charles Rion Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits 2020, 750ml

100% Pinot Noir, from vineyards between 300 and 400m in the Hautes Côtes, planted on clay-limestone soils. Fermented in open stainless steel vats with temperature control, using indigenous yeasts, and aged for approximately 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Note:

Sour cherry and small black berry aromas with fresh bright acidity and supple tannins, delivering a clean elegant Pinot Noir with immediate drinkability.
