Domaine Jean Charles Rion Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits "Les Millottes" 2020, 750ml

100% Chardonnay, sourced from vines planted between 410 and 430 meters of altitude in the lieu-dit Les Millottes, in the commune of Marey-lès-Fussey. The vineyard faces southwest and is planted in clay-limestone soils, contributing to the wine’s structure and mineral tension. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats using indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for approximately 12 months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Note:

Golden yellow color.  Clean and intense nose, on acacia and honeysuckle. Notes of fresh butter, vanilla, toast. Melted and discreet woody notes. Finesse of aromas of the very balanced grape variety. Long  finish, on an authentic and gourmet wine.
