Domaine Lignier Michelot Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru 2016, 750ml

Only 900 bottles are produced of the Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru. The grapes come from vines located in the Mazoyères area, a plot adjoining Charmes. It's vinified with 100% whole clusters in order to best respect the characteristics of the terroir, while maintaining elegance and freshness. On the palate, this is a Grand Cru with persistent red fruit aromas and a slightly minty finish.

Tasting Note:

Aromas with black cherries, blueberry, soy and graphite. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, crisp and focused and elegant on the finish, which sports a dash of white pepper.
