Chateau de Mirande Macon Villages 2023, 750ml

100% Chardonnay from old vines on limestone-rich clay soils in several Mâcon-Villages communes around the Château de Mirande estate. The grapes are hand-harvested, pneumatically pressed, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic completed. Aged 6-8 months in stainless steel on fine lees with regular stirring.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show green apple and white peach along with citrus blossom and chalk notes. The palate delivers medium body and crispness with mineral texture and bright acidity. Overall impression is one of pure freshness and direct persistence reflecting the cool stainless steel style of Mâconnais Chardonnay
