Domaine Tinel Blondelet Pouilly sur Loire Chasselas Blanc 2024, 750ml

100% Chasselas grown on Kimmeridgian marl soils in the Pouilly-sur-Loire appellation, where this historic variety now represents less than 5% of plantings. The grapes were harvested manually and gently pressed using a pneumatic press. Fermentation took place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks following natural cold settling of the must, with no malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged on fine lees with successive bâtonnage to enhance texture and aromatic complexity, and no oak was used.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, and fresh pear. The palate is light, dry, and crisp, with a subtle mineral edge and a clean, refreshing finish. Overall, it’s a lively and elegant expression of Chasselas that honors the heritage of Pouilly-sur-Loire with finesse and purity.
