100% Riesling grown in estate vineyards around Riquewihr, Alsace. The wine is produced under sustainable viticultural practices, with hand-harvesting and gentle pressing. Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts, and the wine is aged in tank without oak contact to preserve freshness and varietal purity.
Tasting Note:
Aromas of citrus zest, green apple and white peach with subtle floral and mineral notes. The palate is dry, lively and precise, combining crisp acidity with stone fruit and citrus flavors. A clean, refreshing finish emphasizes purity and terroir expression.
