Domaine de la Garreliere Gamay Sans Tra la la 2020, 750ml

Gamay Sans Tra la la is a Gamay from a 3.5ha plot of 35-40 years old vines, growing on  sandy and flint clay over limestone. 

The wine undergoes semi-carbonic maceration for 20 days, depending on the vintage, with whole grapes placed in a CO2-filled tank. After maceration, press and free-run juices are combined, and the wine is aged for 6 months in concrete tanks. It undergoes cold stabilization and is made without filtration, fining, or fuss.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, it offers expressive aromas of strawberries, raspberries, and red currants, complemented by floral notes and a hint of black pepper. The palate is fresh and round, with a focus on simple yet effective flavors of red fruits and floral undertones.
