Domaine de la Garreliere Le Chenin de la Colline 2021, 750ml

Le Chenin de la Colline  is made from 3.2ha of 20 year old vines of Chenin Blanc planted in clay and flint soils. 
The grapes underwent a slow, direct press for about 3 hours, followed by 12-24 hours of settling. Fermentation lasted around three weeks in concrete tanks, with aging split between tanks (2/3) and 500-liter barrels (1/3).

Tasting Note:

A white touraine with an intense and complex nose reminiscent of very ripe yellow-fleshed fruits. Round and juicy on the palate, it offers a fresh and intensely mineral finish.
