Domaine de la Garreliere Le P'tit Ch'nin Blanc 2023, 750ml

100% Chenin Blanc grown on a 1.2-hectare parcel of young vines planted on sandy soils over clay with flint in Touraine. The vineyard is farmed biodynamically and benefits from a south to southwest exposure at 130 meters altitude. Grapes were gently pressed, and fermentation lasted two weeks using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for six months on fine lees in tank, with no oak contact.

Tasting Note:

Aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and subtle floral notes. The palate is fresh and lively, with crisp acidity and a saline finish. Overall, the wine is pure and vibrant, offering a clean expression of Chenin Blanc from biodynamic farming and minimal intervention.
