Rosebank 32 Year Old is a single cask release from G&M Recollection Series #3, which features rare whiskies from closed distilleries. Distilled on July 3, 1991 and bottled on June 18, 2024 at 51.2% ABV, this Lowland single malt was matured for 32 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel (Cask #2114), yielding 141 bottles. It is non-chill filtered and bottled without added colour. Rosebank distillery was closed in 1993 and is known for its floral and citrus-driven style, which this bottling preserves through long-term maturation in active American oak.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, the whisky opens with coconut, orange peel, passion fruit, and mashed banana, alongside honeysuckle, butterscotch, and soft grassiness. The palate is creamy and layered, showing citrus zest, exotic fruits, cedar wood, honey, white pepper, and cardamom. The finish is medium in length, with lingering papaya, oak, and fresh herbal notes. This bottling offers a vibrant and expressive profile shaped by active bourbon cask ageing and the elegant character of a lost Lowland distillery.
