Part of Duncan Taylor’s Octave range, this release underwent a final maturation in a sherry octave cask. The smaller cask size maximizes wood interaction, enhancing the spirit’s character and creating a truly remarkable dram.

The Macallan 1991 Premium Octave cask #7236989 was matured for 31 years in oak before spending its final months in an octave cask, adding further depth and complexity.
