20th Anniversary 1998, Bottled at Cask Strength 56.2% (bottled in 2018)

This limited edition Benromach whisky was bottled to celebrate the 20th anniversary of production under the Gordon & Macphail ownership. Distilled in 1998 and aged for 20 years in first-fill ex-Sherry casks, it was bottled in 2018 at a cask strength of 56.2% ABV.

Only 3000 bottles were released, packaged in a bespoke wooden box with a hardback book that tells the story of the release.

Aroma: Fruit cake, demerara sugar, vanilla, zesty citrus, dark chocolate, and warm spice.

Palate: Sweet stewed raisin and apple with notes of orange zest, toffee, ginger, and liquorice.

Finish: A hint of creaminess and charred oak.
