Glen Scotia Double Cask, 700ml
Glen Scotia is a distillery established in 1832 by John Ramsay. It once supplied its spirit to blends like "White Horse."
The distillery faced hardships in the 20th century, leading to closures and changes in ownership. However, in 2013, the Loch Lomond Group revived the distillery, ushering in a new era of innovation while respecting tradition.
Glen Scotia is one of the few remaining distilleries in Campbeltown and produces both unpeated and peated malts.
The naturally soft water from Loch Gilb is the source of life for Glen Scotia, and it is known for its delicate spirit.
Double Cask is a superb introduction to the Glen Scotia range, it's matured in first fill bourbon barrels before being finished for 12 months in PX sherry casks.
