Nose: Aniseed and subtle tobacco notes combine with rich sultanas. Milk chocolate covered hazelnuts come to the fore alongside a hint of ginger.

Palate: Cocoa powder and brown sugar are balanced by black pepper. Grapefruit zest develops accompanied by treacle toffee and roasted coffee beans.

Finish: A full finish with lingering toasted almonds, mature oak and soft spice.
