A must unusual unpeated Islay single malt, this limited release bottled at cask strength Caol Ila matured in American and European oak.

It has a style as clean and fresh as the pale sky that follows clearing rain, bitter-sweet warmth, and an appetizing salty edge. Intense flavors of fruit and malty sweetness dance boldly across the tongue like flecks of foam over wind-lashed waves.

Nose: Hay, sea breeze, caramel, vanilla, strawberry greens.

Palate: Rich, apricots, peaches, pears, thick with salted caramel, sweet spices, honey and malt.

Finish: Long, warm, subtle spice nod.
