Amaretto is a fragrant almond liqueur made with oil extracted from almond kernels. It is a specialty of Northern Italy. Amaretto is Italian for "a little bitter."

Distilled in Copper still, and aged over 7 months in stainless steel before bottling.

Tasting Notes: An intense, floral nose of lemons, lilies, and jasmine. Not too sweet on the palate, with a long-lasting finish.
