With the Vespaiolo grape marc, in September, the distillation’s season begins and the love for this ancient craft is rekindled every year.
Grappa born in 1983 from an autochthonous grape variety from the area of Breganze (Veneto region), that is appreciated for its floral aromas attracting the wasps (vespa), from
which derives the name Vespaiolo.
It is a timeless classic, symbol of craftsmanship

Raw material: Vespaiolo

Production method: artisanal distillation, in small lots, with a discontinuous copper still provided with steam pots

Aromas: fresh apricots, green apples and pears, surrounded by white flowers.
