Mount Riley Sauvignon Blanc 2025, 750ml

100% Sauvignon Blanc from multiple vineyard sites throughout Marlborough, with a portion from the Awatere Valley and the balance from the Wairau Valley on stony alluvial and clay-loam soils. The grapes are machine harvested, crushed and destemmed prior to pressing, and undergo alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures. No malolactic. Aged 3-4 months on fine lees in stainless steel.

Aromas show passionfruit and pink grapefruit along with citrus and gooseberry notes. The palate delivers vibrancy and intensity with juicy texture and racy acidity.
