"Graacher Himmelreich" Riesling Spätlese is made from 100% Riesling, aged in traditional large oak casks. The grapes come from the Graacher Himmelreich vineyard in the Mosel region, known for its easily warmable blue and gray slate soils and steep slopes. This vineyard benefits from the Mosel River's reflective heat and a sheltered microclimate, which helps protect the vines from frost.

Residual sugar approximately 40-60g/l
