Fabio Oberto Langhe Nebbiolo 2021, 750ml

This Nebbiolo from Montaldo Roero's sandy vineyards is produced under the Langhe Nebbiolo appellation, with only 4,500 bottles made. The vineyards have steep slopes and benefit from southeast exposure.

The grapes are de-stemmed, softly pressed, and fermented in steel tanks at 25-28°C. The wine is aged in steel for one year and spends at least six months in the bottle.

Tasting Note:

The aromas are delicate, ethereal, and persistent; the flavors are warm, full-bodied, complex, dry and harmonious. This Nebbiolo is appreciated for its young, fruity character.
