Ca' del Baio "Asili" Barbaresco 2021, 750ml

The Asili vineyard, a historic and prestigious cru in Barbaresco, is renowned for producing elegant and refined wines, often described as the "essence of finesse," made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in calcareous-chalky marl soils. The wine ferments in steel tanks and matures for 24 months in a mix of Slavonian oak botti and French oak barriques, followed by 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting Note:

Bright garnet red with aromas of cherries, wild strawberries, dried roses, and hints of licorice. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, elegant finish.
