Domaine Guy Amiot St Aubin 1er Cru "En Remilly" 2020, 750ml

Saint-Aubin 1er Cru "En Remilly" 2020 is sourced from a 0.14 ha parcel on a steep, south-facing slope near Le Montrachet, planted with 25-year-old Chardonnay vines on limestone, clay, and ground pebble soils. Grapes are carefully sorted and fermented in tank with bâtonnage, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Ageing occurs in a mix of new and used French oak barriques for 12 months, then assembled in tank for 6 months before bottling.

Tasting Note:

Aromas show ripe orchard fruit, white flowers, and brioche. The palate is rich and mineral-driven, with balanced acidity and a hint of custard. The finish is clean and persistent, with ageing potential up to 10 years.
