Domaine Lignier Michelot Fixin 1er Cru "Les Arvelets" 2018, 750ml

Only 900 bottles are produced each year Les Arvelets is a very chalky, cold terroir.

It is a blend of old vines (50 to 60 years old) and younger vines (30 years old), 50% of which are vinified as whole clusters. This 1er Cru of Fixin produces straightforward, lively wines with a rich minerality.

Tasting Note:

With velvety tannins and an acidic undertone enveloped in aromas of dark fruits with a hint of vegetation, there's no doubt, this Fixin is an oenological gem.
