Domaine des Berthiers "Cuvee d'Eve" Pouilly Fume 2020, 750ml

Cuvee d'Eve is made from old vines of Sauvignon Blanc planted in Silex soils at the foot of the Saint Andelain hill. This wine is harvested when the grapes are perfectly ripe, gently pressed, cold-stabilized for 8 days, and then fermented at a low temperature. It matures for 10 months on its lees, with 30% aged in new oak barrels.

The Cuvee d'Eve from the Silex terroir is a wine with a strong personality. It exhibits an aromatic richness of ripe fruit, including pineapple, grapefruit, and orange, along with the influence of 10 months of oak aging.
