Morey Blanc Volnay 1er Cru "Pitures" 2020, 750ml

Made from Pinot Noir grown on shallow clay limestone soils in the Pitures premier cru of Volnay. The grapes were destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 18 months in oak barrels with 30% new oak before bottling.

Tasting Note:

The nose reveals red cherry and raspberry with floral notes and subtle spice. The palate is elegant and precise with fine tannins, fresh acidity and a long mineral finish. A refined Volnay with purity and tension, suitable for ageing.
