"Discovery" Glenallachie 14 Year Old (Bourbon Cask Matured)

Nose: Crisp fresh apples and pears, drizzled with honey. Chocolate wafers and vanilla pod follow, with sweet, honeyed sultanas.

Palate: Honeyed fruits continue on the palate with creamy praline and vanilla fudge. Oily barley brings some nuttiness, while oaken spices develop beneath.

Finish: A touch of lemon zest and more fresh vanilla bring things to a close, with gentle spice poking through.
