Chateau de Laubade Bas Armagnac Millesime 1990, 700ml
Produced in the Bas Armagnac region by the Lesgourgues family estate, founded in 1870. Château de Laubade Millésime 1990 is part of the “Millésimes Collection,” a special release composed entirely of eaux-de-vie from the 1990 harvest. The spirit was distilled in the same year using a traditional continuous alembic still and matured in Gascony oak barrels coopered on-site. The blend includes Ugni Blanc, Colombard, and Baco grapes, each vinified and distilled separately. It was bottled at 40% ABV.
Tasting Note:
The nose is fruity and expressive, showing notes of vanilla, plum, candied raisin, coconut, and tobacco. The palate is round and vivid, with a supple texture and flavors of ripe fruit and soft spice. The finish is long and balanced, offering depth and finesse with a mellow warmth. The profile is rich and harmonious, reflecting the character and complexity of extended ageing.
