Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs Brut 2019, 750ml

Single-site, single-vintage, grower-producer, this is a blend of 81% Pinot Noir, 19% Pinot Meunier, aged for 36 months on its lees before release.
Fermentation: whole-bunched pressed, inoculated with commercial yeast, fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16°C.
Disgorged in September 2023. Dosage: 3.5g/l. Malolactic completed.

Blanc de Noirs is our signature Sussex Sparkling, produced from predominantly Pinot Noir grapes grown and hand-harvested on the Rathfinny Wine Estate.

Tasting Note:

A rose gold hue and nose of sweet Russet apples. A mouth-filling palate of summer fruits with a long, zesty, saline, plum compôte finish.
