Tasting Notes:

Aromas of roasted apple and quince jam, fine wood, powdery grains, with subtle hints of precious oak, ripe orchard fruit and a delicate whisper of light smokiness from the Japanese influence.

The palate is intense and well-balanced, with flavours of barley husk, apple peel, zesty citrus and a touch of elegant malt complexity, leading to a refined, harmonious finish that marries Normandy’s fruity roundness with Chichibu’s aromatic subtlety.
