Chateau Carbonnieux Blanc 2021, 750ml

Château Carbonnieux Blanc 2021 is a blend of 67% Sauvignon Blanc and 33% Sémillon grown on clay-limestone soils with Garonne gravel. The grapes were hand-harvested, sorted twice, and pressed using slow pneumatic pressing under inert gas. Fermentation occurred in oak barrels (225–400 L) and large oak vats (30–50 hL). The wine was aged for 10 months on lees with regular stirring, using 25% new oak.

Tasting Note:

On the nose, it presents restrained citrus and white flower notes. The palate is linear and fresh, with subtle oak integration and a clean mineral finish. Overall, it is a precise and well-structured white that reflects its terroir and careful vinification
