Distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2016 at cask strength at 27 year old for Fine Vintage. This whisky was double matured—first in traditional oak casks, then finished in Amoroso Sherry casks.

Talisker 1989 Fine Vintage Cask Selection offers a rich mix of sea salt, gentle smoke, and dark fruit. Notes of brine, pepper, and dried berries blend with a smooth, slightly sweet finish. It’s bold yet balanced, with classic maritime character.
