"Connoisseurs Choice" Glencadam 1990 (bottled in 2018)

It has been aged in a single refill Bourbon barrel, producing a delicately flavoured yet intense spirit.

Aromas of peaches in vanilla cream, apples, pear and marzipan mingle with honeysuckle and violet on the nose. The palate offers notes of butter candies, aniseed, passion fruit, lychee and lively grapefruit, lingering in the finish alongside hints of white pepper and chocolate.

Just 124 bottles of this rare treat were produced.
